Anita Crawford-Murphy is the founder of A.CrawfordMurphy, LLC, an organizational development consultancy focused on leadership coaching and leadership development.

After three decades in the Federal Government, she helped shape leadership, talent, and workforce strategies across the Intelligence Community and U.S. Government partners, earning commendations for developing future leaders and guiding organizations through complexity and change.

Today, Anita partners with for-profit, nonprofit, and government contracting organizations to develop confident, capable leaders.
